What is traditional worship?

Traditional Worship draws on rituals and traditions that date back to the very beginning of the Christian Church 2,000 years ago. We lift our voices in praise as we sing the traditional hymns of the church.

How do people dress for service?

People typically dress casually. We’re on the island, so dressing up is not necessary! Wear what you want as long as it’s family and church appropriate.

does this service offer communion

Yes! We have Communion on the first Sunday of the month in our Traditional Service.

is childcare available during service

Yes! Children ages 0-5 have programming in the nursery, which is accessible via the Atrium. Children ages 6 and up get to worship with their families in one of our four services.There are activity packs available at the service entrances to help engage your child during worship. All children are welcome to worship with us. If your child cries, don’t sweat it.At Moody, kids are invited to be kids and to participate in all the ways they know how.
